User Data Deletion

CLICCOT Technology Private Limited ("CLICCOT", "we", "us" or "our") respects your privacy. This page explains how you can request deletion of personal information that we control in connection with Cliccon, our website, applications and related services. You do not need to sign in to submit a request.

1. How to submit a deletion request

To request deletion, email our support team at info@cliccon.com with the subject line User Data Deletion Request.

Please include the following information so that we can locate the correct account:

• Your name
• The email address registered with Cliccon, if applicable
• The mobile number associated with your account, including country code
• The Cliccon product, application or service you used
• A brief description of the data or account you want deleted

You can also start an email request using the button below. Please do not send passwords, verification codes, payment-card details or other sensitive authentication information.

2. What information can I request to be deleted?

Subject to verification and applicable legal requirements, you may request deletion of personal information associated with your use of Cliccon, which may include:

• Account and profile information
• Name and contact information
• Business or organisation profile details linked to you
• Support enquiries and communications
• Personal information associated with connected services or integrations that CLICCOT controls
• Other personal information that we hold and can reasonably associate with your account

3. Verification and processing

We may contact you to verify that you own or are authorised to make a request for the relevant account. We use this step to protect users and prevent unauthorised deletion.

After receiving the required information and completing verification, we aim to review and process the request within 30 days. If a request is complex, requires additional verification or needs more time, we will contact you with an update.

We will notify you when the request has been completed or explain if we are unable to fulfil all or part of it.

4. Information we may need to retain

Some information may be retained where required or permitted by applicable law, to meet regulatory or tax obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, maintain security, prevent fraud, or establish or defend legal claims. Where retention is necessary, we will restrict the information to the relevant purpose and retain it only for the required period.

Information that has been irreversibly anonymised and can no longer identify you may be retained for analytics and service improvement.

5. Third-party services and Meta

If you used Cliccon with WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram or another third-party platform, this page covers personal information handled by CLICCOT. Deleting data held by a third-party platform may require you to submit a separate request directly to that platform. We will explain any additional steps relevant to your request.

Where a third-party integration provides a supported deletion mechanism and the relevant data is within our control, we will take appropriate steps to process the request.

6. Deleting the Cliccon application

Uninstalling an application or disconnecting an integration does not automatically submit a personal data deletion request. Please follow the email process on this page if you want us to review and delete personal information associated with your account.
